Conveyor Dishwasher

Description

To properly protect the dishwasher from limescale, which has very disadvantageous effect on device work, but also shortens the life of the dishwasher, you should eliminate problem of water hardness. A limescale is good heat  insulator therefore when it settles on heating elements creates an excellent thermal insulation which is resulting in higher energy consumption. Calcium and magnesium compounds react with detergents creating a sediment which doesn’t act in washing proces. That’s why washing in soft water allows to save 30-70% of detergents used.

Conveyor Dishwasher

During rinsing, scalding out and drying processes salts and minerals precipitate from hard water. They may occur as spots and smudges especially on glass, china and cutlery, therefore the water used for glass and cutlery washing and rinsing has to be the best quality. Only desalinated/partial desalinated water used for dishwashing gives shiny glassware without stains, clean and bright cutlery which show hight quality of service.
